My favorite pizza in Frederick. The chicken strips are a must have as well. Cheese curds delicious, too. Service is almost always friendly & efficient. .

Best pizza I've ever had. My daughters and I went the other day, and it gives an old pizzeria vibe. Felt like I was back in the 90s at the pizza place. It was a great experience. My kids loved it. Ordered 2 10-inch pizzas for the kids and an Italian sub for myself. Everything was great and I'll go back. The waitress was very nice and attentive.

Il Forno Pizzeria is an absolute gem! Our lunch there was nothing short of spectacular. The lasagna was a masterpiece—layers of perfectly cooked pasta, rich, savory meat sauce, and creamy bechamel, all baked to bubbly perfection with a golden cheese crust that melted in every bite. The Works Pizza was a flavor explosion, loaded with fresh, high-quality toppings on a crisp, chewy crust that struck the ideal balance of thin and hearty. The salads were a refreshing complement, crisp and vibrant with a delightful house dressing that tied it all together. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Il Forno clearly pours passion into every dish, making it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic, soul-satisfying Italian fare. We can’t wait to return!

BEST PIZZA EVER. I never used to have a favorite pizza place until I had il Forno. The pizza is incredible. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is the absolute best. I usually think Buffalo chicken is too hot - but not this one! It’s perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Good for eating in or takeout.

Looking for a home cooked delicious Italian meal without going through the trouble of making it yourself? Il Forno’s never disappoints! Consistent, fresh authentic meals every time. Warm staff, super accommodating and make you feel at home! Thank you for being our getaway oasis! By the way Anthony was spectacular and never short on attention to detail and making sure all of your needs are met!

First time here. The crab pizza was excellent! Not too greasy. Old bay wings were crispy and meaty. Carnivores dream pizza was excellent! Amanda, the bartender was fabulous! Happy hour specials are priced well! I will be back! All the time!

The service here was professional, prompt and timely. We split a 15 inch pizza between Greek toppings and pepperoni toppings. We ordered both with extra cheese. The Greek pizza was phenomenal! I’d highly recommend the Greek pizza. It had the right balance of feta, banana peppers, olives, and tomatoes. Do not order the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The Greek pizza needed the extra cheese. Ordering extra cheese on the pepperoni pizza turns it into a goopy mess. We found the pizza crust at this establishment to be perfect. The crust is obviously made in house. It is light, airy, and easy to chew. My only complaint with this establishment is that the silverware is cheap. Maybe they didn’t like people stealing their silverware? Also, the interior decor is a bit dated. I’d very much recommend coming here to try the Greek pizza.

Tried il Forno for the first time tonight and I must say everything we ordered was delicious! Will definitely be coming here again. Hard to describe but the texture of the pizza crust/dough was perfect. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with banana peppers, “the works” and subbed out the olives for pineapple, baked wings with Buffalo, bbq, and sweet red chili sauce on the side and calamari pasta. It was definitely a feast!
